*Orders with 84" + trim/accessory pieces that total under $200 will have a minimum $149 ship charge, orders that total $200-$2499 will have a minimum $199 ship charge
Complimentary Shipping Protection
TheRTAStore.com has teamed up with Route to provide safe delivery of your packages by protecting them against loss, theft, or damage.
The Order Protection package is a complimentary premium protection package for your RTA order. Order Protection’s Package Protection is covered by RTA Store so that you can easily file claims for loss, theft, damage, missing item, wrong item, wrong address, and order delivered not received. When you file a claim, the Order Protection team will review it for approval with a resolution provided in as little as an hour.

If you are purchasing any of the following products and your order is under $2500 (after discount), there is a $299 shipping charge since these items need to ship on pallets with a freight company and cannot ship ground:
- Pantry, oven, or linen cabinets
- Any wall or base cabinet that is 30" or wider (standard cabinets, sink base cabinets, vanity cabinets)
- All drawer base cabinets
- Any cabinet with glass or mirrors (not including glass/mullion doors that ship separate from the cabinet)
- Any cabinet with marble, granite, stone, or a vanity top
- Any panel larger than 48"
- Lazy susan or corner base cabinets
- Any cabinet over 43" high
- Pre-assembled cabinetry
Orders Shipped on Double/Over-Sized Pallets
Orders with a pantry, oven cabinet, large panel, or orders which need to ship on double/oversized pallets due to the order size will not be able to utilize a lift gate.
If your order is able to utilize a lift gate, it will be automatically included on your delivery. It is highly recommended to have at least 1–2 additional people to help unload the cabinets regardless if a lift gate is used or not. Cabinets can be very large and heavy, and the driver is not responsible for unloading any items, only to get the pallet to the back of the truck. Then, it is the customer’s responsibility to unload each cabinet.
Deliveries
Deliveries will be on 53-foot trailers. Please contact us about your delivery IF: You live in a Gated Community, on a private drive, narrow road, or cul-de-sac. Then, we can arrange in advance for a smaller truck to make your delivery. If smaller trucks are not available, you may be required to meet the driver if a large truck is not able to get to your exact location.
Deliveries with Special/Additional Freight Services
If the delivery is being made to a less accessible area or areas which require special/additional freight services (crossing water, on a small island, etc...), you may be responsible for additional freight charges. If this is the case, we will contact you prior to your order shipping to go over your options.
